Wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome here! Intimacy with Jesus is our pursuit and greatest reward. This is our inspiration. This is where we commune with God. This is where we see as He sees and where we learn to let Him have His way in every situation.
Our Mission
- To testify of the gift of life given by Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
- Facilitate the healing and deliverance of a broken and disillusioned society.
- Demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through programs that uplifted constituents of our community.
RTOC Values
- Teaching: We lead people out of a deep conviction and commitment to the Word of God,
as we grow in our love and application of the Word. - Worship: We lead people into worship that is Christocentric cultivating an experience with God that transforms lives.
- Prayer: We elevate communication with God as an essential means for personal transformation and effective ministry.
- Community: We intentionally facilitate nurturing community environments where we encourage, challenge, and hold each other accountable in the process of spiritual growth and Christ like relationships.
- Exhibit administrative and financial excellence in both the secular and ecumenical arenas.
- We are committed to our appointed call knowing it is a high calling to support and build our local assembly and server our community.

We believe the Bible is not a mere book of stories, but rather, it is the inspired infallible and authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is but One God. The Bible speaks the mind of God which directs the path for Christian living. (II Timothy 3:15-16, 1 Peter 1:9-25)
We believe that water baptism in Jesus Christ by full immersion as a sign that we are buried with Him and that we are ready to walk in the newness of God. (1 Peter 3:21)
We believe in the dual nature of Christ; that being both human and divine. Jesus was made visible in the flesh, seen of angels and then ascended into glory. (Matthew 3:16-17; 1 Timothy 3:16; St. John 14:9)
We believe that He performed many miracles while on earth and that He died on the cross shedding His blood for our sins. Through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, we now have salvation. (Ephesians 1:7)
We believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost, which is evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. (Acts 2:4)
We believe in prophecy, which is the inspired declaration of God’s divine will and purpose.
We believe in sowing seed in form of offerings of various forms according to each one’s ability with cheerfulness. (Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:6-7)
We teach the importance of implementing the Word of God in order for believers to live a life of true fulfillment and sustainment in Christ. (James 1:22, 1 Peter 2:2).

Bishop Andrew Barnett & Lady Ruth Barnett
Andrew Barnett is a Pastor, father and dynamic spiritual leader in the community of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He has a sincere heart toward the people of God and inspires them to grow and live a blessed life. Pastor Barnett is an avid supporter of education. He is a graduate from the University of Alberta and holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a diploma in Networking Engineering Technology. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Parkersburg Bible College.
Pastor Andrew Barnett found love while pursuing his academic and spiritual goals and married the love of his life, Lady Ruth Barnett. Together with his spiritual partner of 23 years, Lady Ruth helps to strengthen his ministry by building and encouraging the people of God. Pastor and Lady Ruth were blessed with three beautiful children, Nicolette, Andrew Jr. and Alyssa.

Our mission is to teach children about Jesus and how He can empower their lives. We provide a safe and fun environment for children to learn the gospel and how to live our mission in the community.
The Bible is the story of God choosing a people for Himself and expanding His kingdom here on earth through evangelism. As followers of Christ, we believe this to be an integral role and function of the church. As a local outreach, we are mobilizing the message beyond our walls into the community and throughout our City.
The dynamic ministry of music creates an atmosphere for God to move in our services. Music helps to break down barriers, unify the body of Christ and prepare hearts to receive the Word of God.
Our media ministry provides support for our worship services. It promotes events in sharing the gospel across the nation.
Our friendly and hospitable team of ushers provide quality care and supervision to the grounds, church members and visitors alike. The safety and well-being of all our members and guests are their passion and privilege.
